Name, Email, and/or Mailing Address and Phone Number - For contact purposes, our mailing list and contact form require a valid email for correspondence with County Constituents for Amber and District 12.

Your Mailing Address may also be collected and necessary for mailing purposes or sign requests.

We may also ask for your mailing address or to verify your residence within District 13 to ensure that any survey questions and respective answers accurately reflect the feelings and opinions of District 13 residents that Amber represents on behalf of to the Shelby County Commission. This information is never shared with anyone other than Amber Huett-Garcia and her Commission Transition Team and all answers, opinions, concerns, or questions are strictly confidential and shared in the aggregate form with the Shelby County Commission as representative of District 13.
